Gantry crane operator — Arkansas County

Join our team: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Arkansas County, Arkansas. You will be based in a steel fabrication workshop. Requirements: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Strong attention to safety and load limits Your main tasks: • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines $120 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
