On the job you will handle: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Six days a week, one day off.
