Join our team: we are hiring a cold store insulation technician in Lamar County, Mississippi. Your main tasks: • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling You should have: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
