Oven operator wanted in Mecklenburg County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens 3+ years on the tools preferred.
