Kitchen cook — Imperial County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Imperial County, California. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
