Lorry driver wanted in Albany County

Join our team: we are hiring a lorry driver in Albany County, New York. You will be based at a busy distribution depot. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel Day-to-day duties: • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
