Your main tasks: • Season and marinate meat on request • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
