Precision welder wanted in Rooks County

Join our team: we are hiring a precision welder in Rooks County, Kansas. The job is at a busy sheet-metal workshop. The role involves: • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters What we are looking for: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium 2+ years on the tools preferred.
