Urgent requirement: we are hiring a short order cook in Gwinnett County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Your main tasks: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Full-time with occasional weekends.
