Urgent requirement: bread and bun maker (England)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Buckinghamshire, England. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day to day you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; score the top of loaves before baking. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around £120 per day, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off.
