Immediate opening: site electrician (Texas)

Join our team: we are hiring a site electrician in Shelby County, Texas. The job is in a power distribution substation. On the job you will handle: • Test insulation resistance with a megger • Fault-find on motor starters and star-delta panels • Isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working • Run conduit, lay PVC trunking and clip cable • Install LED fittings, ceiling fans and exhaust fans Ideal candidate: • 2+ years hands-on wiring and maintenance experience • Normal colour vision for cable identification • Safe handling of live LV circuits and proper PPE use Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
