Immediate opening: we are hiring a tyre and wheel fitter in Griggs County, North Dakota. The job is at a car service centre. You should have: • 1+ years' experience fitting and balancing tyres • Confident operating a tyre changer and wheel balancer • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage The role involves balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights; fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly; carry out wheel alignment and adjust camber and toe; jack up vehicles safely and set them on axle stands; inflate tyres to the manufacturer's recommended PSI, including nitrogen fills. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
