Demolition labourer — Bibb County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a demolition labourer in Bibb County, Alabama. You will be based on a high-rise construction site. Day to day you will backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator. Requirements: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
