Now hiring: we are hiring an electronics assembly operator in Union County, Indiana. You will report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; follow the work instruction sheet for each station; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around $6,000 per project, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
