Powder coating operator — Coal County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Coal County, Oklahoma. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
