Now hiring: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Fife, Scotland. You will work at a busy sheet-metal workshop. What we are looking for: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight On the job you will handle: • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges We offer £2,300 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
