Join our team: we are hiring a groundsman in Breathitt County, Kentucky. You will work at a plant nursery. You should have: • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors The role involves weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
