Scullery hand • County of Ceredigion, Wales

Now hiring: we are hiring a scullery hand in County of Ceredigion, Wales. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Day-to-day duties: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room 2+ years on the tools preferred.
