Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Owen County, Kentucky. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
