Great opportunity: we are hiring a metal caster in Ikwerre, Rivers State. You will pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes. What we are looking for: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
