You should have: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions The role involves stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors.
