Refrigeration and AC technician wanted in Milwaukee County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC technician in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. The job is at an HVAC contractor's workshop. On the job you will handle: • Clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing • Check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks • Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift outdoor units and work in tight spaces • 2+ years hands-on split and cassette AC installation experience • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
