Prep cook wanted in Duplin County

Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Duplin County, North Carolina. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. On a typical shift you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
