Now hiring: we are hiring a quality checker in Thayer County, Nebraska. You will be based in an automotive parts factory. On the job you will handle: • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection 3+ years on the tools preferred.
