Join our team: we are hiring a gas appliance installer in Midland County, Michigan. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Driving licence for travel between sites • Able to read isometric and site drawings The role involves: • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
