Join our team: we are hiring a marble mason in Magoffin County, Kentucky. The job is at a marble and granite workshop. The role involves: • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades • Measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish 4+ years on the tools preferred. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
