Great opportunity: we are hiring a confectioner in Catron County, New Mexico. The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Full-time with occasional weekends.
