You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On a typical shift you will score the top of loaves before baking; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
