Join our team: we are hiring an uPVC window fitter in Boyd County, Kentucky. The job is at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $260 per day, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
