Day-to-day duties: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
