Panel welder wanted in Osborne County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a panel welder in Osborne County, Kansas. Requirements: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test On the job you will handle: • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
