Kitchen porter — Hand County

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Hand County, South Dakota. Day-to-day duties: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
