Horizontal milling machine operator wanted in Baldwin County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Baldwin County, Georgia. You will work at a busy machine shop. You should have: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Your main tasks: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control 3+ years on the tools preferred.
