Now hiring: we are hiring a HVAC installer in Cross County, Arkansas. The job is on new-build apartment projects. Day to day you will insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving; clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing; recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit; wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator; check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge; install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years hands-on split and cassette AC installation experience • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence for site visits Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
