Tracked excavator operator • Pickens County, South Carolina

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tracked excavator operator in Pickens County, South Carolina. You will be based on a busy civils and groundworks site. What we are looking for: • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence On the job you will handle: • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
