Vacancy available: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Columbia County, Washington. On the job you will handle: • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery Requirements: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
