Immediate opening: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Kewaunee County, Wisconsin. Day to day you will dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge. What we are looking for: • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day 5+ years on the tools preferred.
