Lathe programmer-operator — Noble County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Noble County, Indiana. You will be based in a job-work machining unit. The role involves: • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand Ideal candidate: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Full-time, day shift. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
