What we are looking for: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing You will wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust.
