Now hiring: we are hiring an elevator technician in Cumberland County, Maine. The job is in a residential tower block. On a typical shift you will install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; run load and overload tests with test weights. What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Valid driving licence for site call-outs Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
