Requirements: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports On the job you will handle: • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
