Fire and safety officer • Wayne County, Ohio

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Wayne County, Ohio. The job is at an oil and gas facility. What we are looking for: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations Day-to-day duties: • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site Full-time with occasional weekends. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
