Now hiring: we are hiring a garment presser in Jefferson County, Tennessee. The role involves: • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments You should have: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
