Great opportunity: milling machine operator (Missouri)

Now hiring: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Crawford County, Missouri. You will be based at a fabrication and machining plant. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade On a typical shift you will select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing.
