Captain waiter wanted in Hansford County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a captain waiter in Hansford County, Texas. Day to day you will clear and reset tables between covers; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). Ideal candidate: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel 4+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
