Line cook — Butte County

Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Butte County, Idaho. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking You will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare the mise en place before each service; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
