CO2 welder wanted in Thomas County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Thomas County, Kansas. You will be based in a heavy engineering unit. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Willing to work shifts and overtime On a typical shift you will set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch.
