Immediate opening: we are hiring a packing machine operator in Capitol Planning Region, Connecticut. The job is in a pharmaceutical packing unit. On a typical shift you will inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals; count units and confirm the correct quantity per carton; apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack; record production counts on the shift sheet; separate rejects and re-pack faulty units; wipe down and sanitise the line following hygiene rules. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 kg • Able to follow health and safety procedures We offer $16 per hour plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts.
