Tyre and wheel fitter • Franklin County, Virginia

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tyre and wheel fitter in Franklin County, Virginia. On the job you will handle: • Jack up vehicles safely and set them on axle stands • Fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly • Balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights • Inflate tyres to the manufacturer's recommended PSI, including nitrogen fills • Handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies • Repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches You should have: • 1+ years' experience fitting and balancing tyres • Able to lift heavy car and truck tyres repeatedly Rotating shifts.
