Great opportunity: gardener (Kansas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gardener in Labette County, Kansas. You will be based at a landscaping company. Day-to-day duties: • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease What we are looking for: • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting Overtime paid at a premium rate.
